Return Policy
All Sales Final

Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy ensures the integrity and authenticity of our collection for all of our customers.

Custom-made pieces
Items that have been engraved or altered in any way
We encourage you to contact us with any questions before making a purchase. We are happy to provide additional photographs, measurements, or condition reports upon request to ensure your confidence in your selection.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.
If you have any concerns about your order upon receipt, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist within the scope of our policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages ?
PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. When selecting your shipping method at checkout, consider purchasing a shipping option that includes insurance, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.
Custom Orders
LAYAWAY
I am happy to offer layaway at no charge as a courtesy to my customers. Items are eligible for a payment plan if their cost is $200 or more. A 20% down payment which applies to the purchase price is required. The length of layaway will be determined by the price of the item and agreed upon between buyer and seller. All layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your final payment has cleared, your piece will be shipped to you. Up to 3 items are allowed to be on layaway at any given time per buyer. Please contact me if you are interested in layaway/payment plans.
Note: when entering into a layaway you are entering into a contract and agree to make timely payments. Items purchased on layaway are not refundable.

At Vick and Henry Vintage, every piece in our collection has a story. Unless otherwise noted, our jewelry is vintage or antique—preloved treasures that have stood the test of time. With age comes beauty, character, and sometimes, a bit of delicacy.
To ensure your jewelry continues to shine for years to come, we recommend the following care tips:
Last on, first off: Apply lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry to prevent exposure to chemicals that may affect the finish or structure of older materials.
Keep it dry: Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, while swimming, or during any activities where it may be exposed to moisture.
Handle with care: We strongly suggest removing your jewelry before exercising, sleeping, or engaging in any strenuous activity.
Store thoughtfully: When not being worn, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratching or tangling.
While our pieces have endured generations, they may still be delicate due to age and prior wear. Treat them with the same care and respect you would any heirloom—because that’s exactly what they are.

How Long Until My Order is Shipped?
Processing time varies by item .See an individual item's listing for its processing time.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.
If you are under time restraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Free USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the processing time. First Class Shipping is not insured. USPS Priority Mail / 1-3 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express / 1-2 business days.

International Ship Times
FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) and USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days). These shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that were shipped internationally.
What If My Order Arrived Incorrect
We take great care in preparing and packaging each order, but if your item arrives incorrect, please contact us right away. Message us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will promptly review the situation and begin the return process if the error is on our end.
Please note:
Returns are only accepted for incorrect items sent in error by our team.
Items that are simply unwanted or no longer to your taste do not qualify for return.
Vintage and antique jewelry often varies in fit and scale. For that reason, items you feel are not the “right size” do not qualify for return. Please refer to the detailed measurements provided on each listing before purchasing.
All return approvals are at the sole discretion of the business. In rare cases where we approve a return outside of an error on our part, a 40% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the time, labor, and resources involved in processing, restocking, and re-listing one-of-a-kind items.
